Following the news report by the Daily Express about the east coast not having enough electricity power supply and therefore a coal plant is direly in need, the east coast started experiencing frequent black outs.
This was explained in a following e-mail forwarded by Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd’s manager, Darrell Lorimer Peter Ng (see picture below).
